The "Eye Wedge" is a fitting that allows for easier fixing when aligning the height of pillars and thresholds compared to traditional mortise construction. The sawtooth on both sides connects the pieces of wood. We offer two types: the "Decorative Type" for fixing thresholds between hallways and Western-style rooms, and the "Heavy-Duty Type" for fixing thresholds between closets and Japanese-style rooms.
